In November, India will hold the India Soft in Mumbai which is an opportunity for Middle East entrepreneurs to work hand in hand with leaders of cloud computing, mobile services apps, date management, e-security, insurance, banking, finance, media & entertainment, Telecommunications, Engineering Design and much more.
Close to 400 buyers of IT will be hosted from over 74 countries. That will include countries from both North Africa and the Middle East meeting for business networking.
Despite the slowdown in the global economy, exports from India of computer services and software grew by over 10.25% in 2012-13 over the previous 12-month period.
The total amount exported of software and service from the computer industry in India for 2012-13 was $75 billion, which was up from the 2011-12 figure of $68 billion.
As the economy becomes stronger globally, the opportunities will grow even more for the services and software computer industries.
