Roohollah Beigi, a cleric and member of Iran’s parliament, says Iranians are suffering from the current economic crisis in country and the situations are not acceptable.
“As a matter of fact, at the moment people are not happy with the economic and there are many problems laid around. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (President of Iran) says we have a strong and active front economy but that’s not true. Government cannot escape from the criticisms easily.” Vice Chairman of the Economic Committee of parliament, Roohollah Beigi said to reporters.
“The Ahmadinejad’s government tries to capture all the attentions when it comes to progresses. But in critical conditions of economy, they ignore people and this is blame on them.” Roohollah Beigi added.
Beigi also emphasized on the positive and negative points of current government in the last 7 years but he said people are under high pressures. He mentioned that some people are unable to provide the basic necessities of life and this is really embarrassing.
The next presidential election to be held on upcoming Persian year. On controversial 2009 presidential election in Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad re-selected.
