Saba FC to Sign Eamon Zayed

Mojtaba Ramezan Beigi, the president of Saba Qom FC, said his club is interested to sign Eamon Zayed, the current player of Persepolis FC.

“Saba FC has three vacant places in its list so we can transfer three players to our team during the mid season transfer window. Currently we are suffering from the performances of our attackers. Samad Marfavi (the new head coach of Saba FC) has recommended us to negotiate with Eamon Zayed. We have yet to negotiate with Persepolis FC on this subject, but we will start discussions soon.” Mojtaba Ramezan Beigi said.

On 23 December 2011, Zayed signed a 6-month contract with Iran Pro League side, Persepolis. He became the best player of world on February 2012 after helping his 10-men team to defeat Esteghlal FC in Tehran Derby. Then his fan base increased dramatically and currently he is one of the most popular players in this team. Due to his great performance and popularity with the fans, Persepolis extended his contract for the new season 2012-2013.

Qom based club, Saba FC, has collected 16 points from 12 matches and is placed on 10th position in IPL table.
